Young Women’s Conference Luxembourg aims to inspire and encourage young women to consider careers in STEM fields by providing direct engagement with professionals, hands-on experiences, and interactive career panels. YWC Luxembourg adopts the successful "Young Women’s Conference" model established by the Science Education Department (Sci.E.D.) at Princeton University, which has been running for over 25 years in the USA.

The event, planned as a one-day experience, will include an engaging and interactive exhibitor booths, career panels where young participants take the lead, and inspirational keynote speeches.

YWC Luxembourg aspires to be a transformative event, encouraging more young women in Luxembourg to pursue STEM careers. By fostering early interest, building confidence, and showcasing the diverse opportunities within STEM, YWC Luxembourg aims to contribute to a more inclusive and innovative scientific landscape in Luxembourg and beyond.
